Alacrity for Sale in Scotland

While travelling in Scotland a few weeks ago I found this Alacrity for sale. Unfortunately there is no phone number or any other means to contact the owner, but it's near a campsite, so perhaps one could inquire there.

The boat looks fairly sound otherwise. It's in Garlieston, Dumfries and Galloway.
